Warranty Policy

General Warranty Coverage

The warranty coverage outlined in this policy applies to products purchased from Engwe Bikes, iENYRID, and SAMEBIKE. Each brand offers warranties based on specific components and conditions.

1. Warranty Period and Coverage:

Engwe Bikes:

     

      • Bicycles: The warranty covers non-human damage within the warranty period. Replacement parts are provided free of charge during this time.

      • Warranty Period:
        • Frame, motor, and components: 1 year
        • Battery: 6 months
        • After warranty period: Customers are responsible for replacement parts and shipping fees.

           

            • Accessories: Sold separately at cost price, and except for Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases, they are not covered by the warranty.

        • Exclusions:

             

              • Second-hand or modified bikes are not covered.

        iENYRID Bikes:

           

            • Warranty Period:
              • Frame and Motor: 1 year

                 

                  • Battery: 6 months

              • Claims Process: Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. Shipping damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

              • Exclusions:
                • Human-caused damage is not covered.
                • Batteries showing normal capacity fading over time are not covered.

                   

                    • Refurbished products are not covered by after-sales service or warranty.

              SAMEBIKE:

                 

                  • Warranty Period:
                    • Frame and Metal Components: 3 years

                       

                        • Motor, Battery, and Other Accessories: 1 year

                    • Replacement Program: SAMEBIKE will replace components deemed defective due to non-user error. Claims must be submitted with photos or videos as evidence.

                    • Exclusions:
                      • Damage from normal wear and tear, corrosion, or improper use.

                         

                          • Parts such as brake pads, tires, chains, and other components subject to normal wear are not covered.

                    2. Claims Process:

                    Engwe Bikes:

                       

                        • All warranty claims require proof of non-human damage. The customer should contact support to verify the issue and obtain a replacement part if necessary.

                      iENYRID Bikes:

                         

                          • All claims must be submitted via email to support@electronwheel.co.uk, including proof of purchase, photos or videos of the damaged product, and any other necessary information.

                        SAMEBIKE:

                           

                            • Submit claims via email to support@electronwheel.co.uk, with the required evidence such as proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damage. SAMEBIKE will assess the claim within 3 days.

                          3. Shipping Damage Claims:

                             

                              • Engwe Bikes, iENYRID, and SAMEBIKE accept shipping damage claims if reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers must provide photo or video evidence.

                            4. Repair Services:

                               

                                • Engwe Bikes: Replacement parts are available at cost price.

                                • iENYRID Bikes: Only replacement parts are provided free for repairs.

                                • SAMEBIKE: Frames and batteries may be replaced under warranty, but labor charges for parts replacement are not covered.

                              5. Exclusions and Limitations:

                                 

                                  • Second-hand and modified bikes are not covered by the warranty.

                                  • Refurbished products from iENYRID do not come with after-sales service or warranty.

                                  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and human-caused damage (e.g., misuse, accidents) are excluded from all warranties.

                                  • Batteries that degrade over time or are used with improper chargers are not covered.

                                  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, theft, and extreme weather conditions are excluded from the warranty.

                                6. Limitation of Liability:

                                None of the companies (Engwe Bikes, iENYRID, SAMEBIKE) are liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages such as loss of profits or data resulting from warranty issues. Some jurisdictions may not allow such exclusions, so they may not apply to all customers.
